As long as I can remember, I have wanted to do something which I felt was helpful. I wanted to make a difference in people's lives. I have spent the last 15 years working towards being a good therapist; In addition to my degree I have obtained three post graduate qualifications relevant to therapy. I have had thousands of therapy sessions with individuals from all walks of life, and I am a member of all the relevant professional bodies for the therapies that I work with: The BACP, BABCP and IPTUK. This means I am committed to working ethically and within my competence.

I believe it is important that you have confidence that I am a safe and effective therapist. Asking for help is really hard. Making first contact and then walking through the door that first time is incredibly difficult. The very least I can do is to let you know why I feel I may be able to help.

In order to help simplify matters, I have summarised my main qualifications, relevant experience and membership of professional bodies below.

The easiest way to learn more about the therapies that I offer and the problems I work with is to book yourself into a free 30 minute initial phone consultation. Simply use the button and choose the day and time which is best for you.
